Regarding Procurement of A Consumer Report
The information provided in this Application for Employment is true, correct and complete. If employed, and misstatement or omission of fact on this application may result in dismissal. I understand that acceptance of an offer of employment does not create a contractual obligation upon the employer to continue to employ me in the future. If hired, I acknowledge that my employment with Certified AC Services
will be at-will. In other words, my employment may be terminated at any time, by either party, with or without cause and without notice. I understand and agree that if I will work over forty (40) hours in a workweek, I will be paid overtime compensation if required by federal law. Further, I agree that I will not be paid any extra pay if I work over eight (8) hours in a day.
